Project Management: Each job is assigned to a Project Manager who is the main point of contact for the client, the adjuster, and the trade vendors. A clear and defined channel of communication ensures the best service possible for all parties involved.
Xactimate Based Estimate: Xactimate is an insurance/remodel estimating software that categorizes trades, details line items, sketches and attaches digital photos to a project file. This software utilizes current prices based on your zip code and the current market conditions to determine appropriate prices to complete any job.
Trade Associations: Our trade partners are evaluated by a strict set of guidelines based on meeting the highest quality standards, professionalism and punctuality.
General Construction: We provide the services and materials through estimating, permitting, procurement, scheduling, quality control and completion of all remodeling and reconstruction phases.
