PERSONAL PROFILE – SANDRA D. GLANTZ

I am from Oshawa, Ontario, Canada and was raised in Bradenton Florida.   I moved to Aspen in 1974 and to Winter Park in 1976.  Since that time I have worn many hats including establishing the Crooked Creek Saloon in Fraser, owner of Lightning Liquors in Fraser, General Manager of the Inn at SilverCreek (342 rooms), and now a full time real estate broker.   Real estate has been my passion for the past 16 years and I love my job!

Specializations:

I have never tied myself down to any particular real estate division as I specialize in working the entire real estate market.  It is easy to know your way around in a small community like Grand County so; I enjoy selling vacant land (small and large parcels), homes (new, spec and resale’s), condominiums (from the studio to the penthouse) and commercial properties (including the real estate or the business only).  I am a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Colorado Association of Realtors.
