“I am writing this letter because my recent experience with Home Electronics Professionals has been outstanding, and I hope that others, like you, may consider utilizing their extensive services. As you will see, both my husband, being a director in construction, and I, a retired teacher, have been impressed with the employees and services provided. It is obvious that customer service and quality is paramount for this business! Big box stores like Best Buy and Ultimate Electronics have never offered such personalized, non-pressured service as Home Electronics Professionals has for us. Originally, we were interested in changing out our 15 year old large screen TV for a newer HD model for our basement entertainment center. I called and spoke with Ric Navarro, the owner and president of the company, who offered to personally come out to our home to see what would be best for our existing room design. After carefully listening to my “wish list”, measuring our shelving/enclosure space as well as noticing additional features that we would like to duplicate on the new model, ie: gaming system, Ric went back to his office to research and find which models best fit all of our needs. For a lower cost than expected, yet maintaining superior quality, Ric presented several choices of HD TVs for us to choose from. No other store would visit your home and really determine what would be a great fit! Home Electronics Professionals did! The new 50-inch LG TV was securely mounted with an arm extension and is everything we envisioned with crisp viewing and vivid colors. We have also added surround sound speakers in our ceiling panels as well as a subwoofer, replacing out-dated, unsightly and, may I say, large black speaker boxes for a clean, more attractive look and enhanced feel to the sound. I was initially concerned about the installation since our existing decorative ceiling panels could not be replaced, if any were cracked when mounting the speakers in them. However, when the job was completed, it looked as if the speakers had always been there; clean and smooth; all wiring hidden. Obviously, a professional job well-done! Once more, we’re impressed with the extensive knowledge, experience and ability of the installers, Chris, Scott and Trent! And, if that wasn’t enough, Ric, the owner/president, personally checks the final installation to give his “seal of approval” before payment is made. Lastly, after navigating through 4 remotes attempting to control the TV, DVD player, cable box, receiver, and surround sound volume, Ric suggested a universal remote. A logical choice that we bought into, but who would ever find a company that would personally program the remote for all of our equipment so that we would not have the stress or frustration of doing it on our own? Ric stopped by our house with the preprogrammed remote, checked it for accuracy, and taught us how to use it so we would be comfortable with it. Going beyond the call of duty?….For Home Electronics Professionals, this is the standard afforded any customer! As you can see, this is a hometown company who prides themselves in customer service and the utmost quality for one’s budget constraints. Ric and his employees were always personally involved, punctual, approachable, sincere and honest. No hint of any high pressure sales! By the end of the day, I do believe their goal is to make the process seamless and to have a lifelong satisfied customer! It would be a shame, and your loss, if you overlooked this company when searching for an entertainment system!”
